The Ridge Badminton team will be attending the State Tournament beginning this Friday (10/21). The Tournament begins Friday at 10am at Independence High School. Ridge is sending MacKenzie Whitten #2 seed in Singles, Allison Price/Hannah Kirby #8 seed in doubles, Gaby Nichols/Brianna Adamo for doubles. Good Luck Girls!!
MRHS Badminton won the DVUSD Badminton Tournament for the 6th straight year! We cleared the doubles matches winning all matches and won 5-1 in the single matches. When the 10 seniors in the Mountain Ridge baseball program started in the school in fall 2012, the Mountain Lions were coming off two losing seasons. The varsity finished 9-14 in their freshman season.
The Mountain Ridge varsity baseball team traveled to Southern California this week to compete in the 27th annual National Classic baseball tournament. Mountain Ridge is the only undefeated team in the tournament. They went 4-0 and defeated La Jolla Country Day 2-0, Servite 10-9, De La Salle 2-1 and El Toro 7-1.
